  1. Stage 2 Water Restrictions

    The Town is currently in a modified version of stage 2 of our Emergency Water Demand Management Plan. Despite recent rain, local lake levels are still very low. Additionally, forecasters are predicting warmer and drier conditions this winter, which isn’t good for lakes that provide water to North Texas. To help conserve water,  turn off your sprinklers and other forms of irrigation until next spring. Since lawns and plants are nearing dormancy, they will need very little water to make it through the winter.  Since you no longer need to water your dormant landscape, Flower Mound's current restrictions should not affect you. However, if you need a refresher, the following restrictions are still in place:

    - Residents and businesses with street addresses ending in an even number can water on Sundays and Thursdays. 

    - Residents and businesses with street addresses ending in an odd number can water on Saturdays and Wednesdays.
