Zone 1 is the area from the Town's western border to Marshall Creek. Includes FM 1171/US 377 intersection and the Flower Mound portion of I-35W. 	Development Projects Agenda Notification - Zone 2	This mailing list allows residents to receive notifications when a development project in Zone 2 of the Town has been scheduled for review by the Planning and Zoning Commission or the Town Council. Zone 2: Marshall Creek serves as the western boundary and the eastern boundary is comprised of Lusk Lane, Flower Mound Road, and travels south along Simmons Road (following the intersection of Flower Mound Road).
